BranDeal provides online tools for generating, editing, and exporting AI-generated visual content. Features, generation speed, model availability, export options, and credit rules may change over time as the service evolves.

Accounts

4. No Guarantee of Exclusivity: Because generative systems can produce similar results for different users, we do not guarantee that outputs will be unique.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BranDeal to:

• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others
• Generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform, models, billing, or security mechanisms
• Abuse credits, automate unauthorized scraping, or bypass plan or rate limits
• Resell account access or misuse the service in a way that harms BranDeal or other users

Intellectual Property

BranDeal and its underlying software, workflows, branding, design, and service components remain the property of BranDeal or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service itself to you.

Pricing, Credits, and Payments

• Paid features may require purchasing a subscription, credits, or both
• Prices, feature limits, and credit consumption rules may be updated from time to time
• You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your account
• Unless required by law or otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable

Service Availability

We aim to provide a stable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation speeds, or permanent access to any model, feature, or output format.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to BranDeal if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees.
